dont you think either way that informing someone or being informed you should do it in a more respectful manner not telling them to shut the f up......cause you knew that it was a county road and open to the public you werent tresspassing. I thought the whole point of this thread was about tresspassing and yeah the douche bags that were told to leave longview fiber got what they deserve. I live in this area and people like that are ruining it for others to be their when you have permission because eventually will be shut down just like some of the reason for clousure at the sand where you ride. Ya know at florence there are signs posted not to pass be on this point and guess what....everybody still does....so what good is a sign if you are not going to obey it. It should be our responsibility to find out who owns the land before you enter it.

Thats BS, its up to our law enforcement to do there jobs. These sand cops don't do nothing to earn there money. Just drive around and put in there time.

The reason that i told him to shut up was he just kept agging it on and trying real hard to make a bigger deal out of it than it was. I had my rights and DID MY RESEARCH and found out that they road was a public road. So that property belonged to me and everyone else. According to you I had the right to tell him to leave.

I can see that this subject isn't going to go anywhere when you are arguing with morons.

So... The police were called on a report of criminal trespass. They came out to investigate. Doing their job... check. They are shown facts giving evidence to the contrary and let the "suspect" go. Doing their job... check. Informs the complainant of facts so he knows better next time. Doing their job... check. I guess they should just be "driving around and putting in their time" instead next time huh? Or does that only apply if you're not the one they're being called on?

So, you do know that in your second paragraph you just solidified my entire argument don't you?

Arguing with morons... well... I guess you just learned a lesson in arguing with yourself didn't you?

Hey smart one, I was refering to Hondamusic's coment about the law enforcement in florence. The people who just rides around signs and never get caught. But then again, it is hard to explain these things to people who are one sided and can't see any other direction. You sir are just trying to confuse the situation and will not listen to anything that I have to say. I think it takes a special person to quote everything that another person says just to make the situation worse.

I think that you guys got pissed at me because I agreed with Droz. Because I would bet my life on the fact that every one of you guys have tresspassed on other peoples land before and not know it. But that don't count cause you guys didn't get caught and have to pay a huge fine.

Well anyways the point is from the beginning of the thread is the fact that the douche bags were told to leave and didn't, got what they deserved. They were informed and didnt do what should have done...Have no pitty for them especially when you drive around a locked gate....its obvious that you would not be welcomed. what signs do you need then, when there is a locked gate?

absolutely agree with you on this case. The owner warned them and they ignored him, so they have to pay.

I am just saying that a person in our country no matter where it is at in the country, should have to post there property just to let people know that it is private property. I mean BLM and forest service does. There is a lot of very honest people got tickets for tresspassing when they should not have got.

Like I said here, they need to be punished by going around the gate after they was warned. But what i have been talking about is other peoples property should be posted for all of us to know. Thats all.
